Our stay was mixed; while the rooftop pool villa was spacious and had a lovely patio area, the room felt dated and the design was a bit odd. The staff truly made the experience better with their attentive service. Breakfast could use improvement in variety, and the gym left much to be desired. All in all, it was an average experience, and I wish we had chosen a different place for our vacation.

However, my experience with one of the hotel staff was quite negative. I encountered an aggressive situation regarding taking photos on the beach, which left a sour taste. Overall, while the resort offers a lovely beachfront experience and comfortable rooms, the service left room for improvement.

My stay at Veranda Resort was truly wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the pool area as well as the beach were just stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the upgrade to a pool suite for my family made our trip memorable. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and breakfast could use more variety. Overall, it’s a perfect family spot, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
